The strange, deranged saga of Vicki Gunvalson and Brooks Ayers continues to get weirder by the second. Before Brooks was lying about having cancer on Real Housewives Of Orange County he was helping Vicki start a company called Vicki’s Vodka, which was launched with Robert Williamson III.
And for Vicki’s troubles she may be getting $132,000 out of the deal – a settlement that was initially awarded to Brooks! That may be the only good thing that ever came out of dating Brooks.
Vicki’s Vodka was started as a partnership, but quickly dissolved into a never-ending game of who’s suing whom between Vicki, Robert, and Brooks. Was there ever any actual vodka? One such claim, filed by Robert, accused Brooks of hiring a hit man to whack him. Brooks managed to score a minor victory when a Nevada judge determined there was no evidence, and dismissed Robert’s case.

Brooks was also granted a motion he filed requesting Robert pay his legal fees. Brooks was awarded $132,000. That money is ostensibly to go to Brooks’ legal team. Instead the judge demanded Brooks relinquish that money to Vicki!
It’s unclear why the judge decided to award Vicki all of Brooks settlement money. My theories: Punishment for wheedling his way into Vicki’s love tank? Or the judge is a Real Housewives Of Orange County fan who has heard one convoluted southern fried affirmation too many?

Radar Online released the document which reads, “Pursuant to an agreement between Defendant VICTORIA L. GUNVALSON and Defendant DAVID BROOKS AYERS, the Judgement has been assigned to Defendant, VICTORIA L. GUNVALSON.”
There’s not been statement from Brooks. Or Vicki, who is in Mexico whooping it up!
Now let’s see if Vicki ever gets that reality check.
