It feels like a whole lifetime ago when Kristen Doute and James Kennedy were actually a couple. They’ve been sworn enemies for so long that it’s honestly tough to remember that they had a romantic relationship at some point- until Bravo airs Vanderpump Rules re-runs and it feels like I’m in the Twilight Zone.
Last season, there was a rumor that Kristen and James cheated on both of their significant others with a hookup during the cast trip to Mexico. They both adamantly denied this claim, but Kristen does believe that James cheats on his girlfriend Raquel Leviss– it’s just not with her.
During an interview with Us Weekly, Kristen doubted James‘ loyalty to Raquel. She said, “Do I think James has been faithful to Raquel? No.”
Kristen maintained, “Exactly what I said on the reunion last season, I absolutely not. I haven’t changed my mind since the reunion, but I also don’t surround myself with James. I don’t think there’s anything he could do to make me change my mind about the way I felt last year.”
During that same interview, Kristen was asked if she had any “advice” for Raquel. She said, “Run! Really hard and really fast.” It sounds like this will be far from the last time that we hear about James supposedly cheating on Raquel. It’s safe to assume that James’ alleged infidelities will be a story line yet again next season on Vanderpump Rules.
