Even though Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom got married this past Saturday, they aren’t legally married, reports TMZ. Evidently, the couple has yet to obtain a marriage license.
In the case of Khloe and Lamar, they also need a postnup (instead of the prenup). Both of their attorneys started negotiations on Friday hashing out the conditions of the marriage. Lamar is reportedly demanding the prenup/postnup as a condition to legalizing the marriage. Attorney Neal Hersh is doing his bidding for Lamar, while Lisa Meyer is representing Khloe.
This is all starting to sound like a business deal about to go bad.
According to TMZ, the “newly wed” couple will tie the knot — legally — once the prenup is inked.
