It seems Danielle Staub is suing mad after having to relive her unbeweavable attack on last night’s episode of the Real Housewives of New Jersey.
The HollywoodLife is reporting today that the 47-year-old sometime porn star, who might or might not be a total drama queen, is suing Teresa Giudice and Ashley Holmes for their role in the attack at the superior court in Passaic County, NJ.
And it doesn’t end there. Danielle’s attorney, Paul Giblin, also reveals their plan to sue all other perpetrators involved in the attack, despite the video evidence that shows Ashley as the only person who physically attacked Danielle.
“We are going to use this footage and prepare a case against these women. We are seeking assault and battery charges, defamation of character and punitive damages as well,” said Danielle’s mouthpiece attorney.
Giblin also plans on getting restraining orders against Teresa, Ashley, and all other said perpetrators in other to keep his client safe. “We will get restraining orders by the judge against Teresa, Ashley and all others involved. We will subpoena this women to make sure they come to court. We are going to ask to impose sanctions against these women, whatever the law allows.”
So what about the fact that Ashley has been punished by the law in the form of fines back in January? “These things don’t end with paying a fine,” says Giblin. “It’s not over … I don’t know when this will ever be over. There is a freedom of speech amendment so we can’t restrain Teresa for saying things but it’s the intent behind it. This is fueling some of the work behind these people. This is some kind of conspiracy, it’s like a gang mentality.”
