Heidi Montag Threatens Legal Action Over Spencer Pratt’s Tell-All Book

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt

Since news of the tragic death of Dr. Frank Ryan, surgeon to Heidi Montag and the stars, hit this week,  plenty of news regarding Heidi have suddenly managed to make their way to the press.

First, it was reported on Wednesday that the fake divorce between the Hills star and her husband Spencer Pratt would be finalized on February 14, 2011, cause you know when you’re all heart broken over getting a divorce, you make certain the finalization date falls on Valentine’s day.

Heidi’s lawyer Jodeane Farrell confirmed to TMZ that Spencer was served with the divorce papers on August 13.  As we previously reported, California law requires couples must wait 6 months after being served in order for their divorce to be finalized.

As if that wasn’t nauseating enough,  Spencer then told UsWeekly on Thursday that he planned on writing a fake tell-all book about his relationship with Heidi, which will include new details about her rocky relationship with her mother, Darlene Egelhoff.

“My last book, How to be Famous, didn’t make the New York Times best-seller list because it was in the self-help section,” says the douche.  “This one is going to be totally different. I’m not holding anything back.”

Heidi is however fake pretending to be unhappy with the proposed tell-all book, telling TMZ she is considering fake legal action to stop him. “This is exactly why I left him,” she said. “Right now I’m looking into my legal options.”
