RadarOnline is reporting today that Joe Giudice has turned himself in to begin serving his 10-day jail sentence.
The Lincoln Park Police Department confirms that Joe, husband of Real Housewives of NJ star Teresa Giudice, turned himself in at 9 a.m. this morning, just days after a judge ordered him to do jail time for driving with a suspended driver’s license. Joe has been transferred to the Morris County Correctional Facility where he will be serving the 10-day sentence.
According to Radar, Joe will be alone in an 8 by 10 foot cell. “Since it’s a high profile case and he has a short stay he will be in the cell alone,” says a source. Who knew appearing on a housewives series made someone “high profile.”
Radar is also reporting that Joe isn’t too worried about doing his hard time. He reportedly told a family member this morning that jail is just like a “vacation”.
“He doesn’t care if he goes to jail because he said then he gets paid because the magazines will want his story,” a source told Radar. “He said he’ll be on vacation and getting paid at the same time.” Guess we should be expecting a “Joe Goes To Jail!” headline on the cover of a weekly magazine any day now, along with an exclusive interview and exclusive jail photos.
