The latest episode of Kourtney & Kim Take New York was nothing short of pure drama.
The episode featured the widely reported club incident which had Scott Disick getting into a fistfight, after Kim Kardashian got a drink thrown at her by the jealous girlfriend of a fan.
However, the most dramatic part of the episode came when Kim broke down into tears over her nude images in the October 2010 issue of W Magazine.
Kim appeared hysterical after seeing the nude photos, insisting she was promised something more artsy. “Oh my God, I’m more naked than I was in Playboy,” said Kim, who has expressed regret over her Playboy shoot. “I’m so mad right now! She promised I would be covered with artwork. This is serious porn … you can see nipple. The whole concept was sold to me that nothing would be seen.”
But the rant didn’t end there as Kim got more hysterical while crying. “I feel so f*cking taken advantage of … I’ve definitely learned my lesson. I’m never taking my clothes off again, even if it’s for Vogue,” added Kim. She also revealed she felt taking nude images was taking her backwards and that she had come too far in her career to go back.
Kim however quickly changed her tune after receiving a pep talk from mom/manager/pimp Kris Jenner, who advised her to “own” the racy spread. “I’m glad I did them,” Kim eventually said of the magazine spread.

In other Kardashian news, Kim and her older sis Kourtney Kardashian appeared on CNN’s Peirs Morgan‘s new talk show during which they were asked about the authenticity of their breasts. Kourtney admitted she has a boob job, as she has in the past while Kim was adamant hers are 100% real.
