If you thought that whole Nene Leakes and Kim Zolciak feud was over, you know, being that their reality show is currently off the air, well think again.
That beef got reignited this week as Kim graces the latest cover of Life & Style magazine under the heading of “Baby Drama.” It seems Kim’s baby drama has to do with her Real Housewives of Atlanta castmate and former BFF Nene, who had some not so nice things to say about her to the mag.
“I’m not interested in seeing the baby, and I have no plans to send a gift,” Nene tells Life & Style of Kim’s baby, due in June. “Absolutely no plans at all,” added the Nene.
Meanwhile, Kim is still very upset at Nene for both accusing her of treating her assistant Sweetie Hughes like a slave and then calling Sweetie a slave to her face.
Plus back on Feb. 16, a “Free Sweetie” campaign was launched after Nene called in to Rickey Smiley’s Atlanta radio show. “To have all these T- shirts and posters being made, it’s disgusting,” Kim tells Life & Style. “NeNe has problems. I never want to speak to her again.”
That feeling is mutual with the Nene, who Life & Style describes as still being “extremely angry,” as she had more words for Kim. “She’s a big, big liar, and I have a problem with liars,” NeNe tells Life & Style.
As if the national magazine cover story wasn’t enough, the ladies took their beef to the twitter.
Nene fired the first shots when she tweeted on Wednesday morning. “U know these chicks gotta get press somehow so what better way than 2 call my name because nobody is calling theirs!” wrote Nene, having spent the past two months talking about Star Jones to the press. “My life is EVERYTHING right now so please don’t bring these negative, miserable pretending 2 b happy people comments 2 my timeline!” added Nene. Life must be tough when you’re always the victim.
Kim’s response you ask? She tweeted a link to the Life & Style story and then added “I want her to say what I have EVER lied about! Lmao! She can’t! Nice try #peoplecanttakeitwhenothersarehappy.”
And finally, we reported two weeks ago that Kim and her NFL player baby’s daddy in waiting Kroy Biermann were looking to purchase a $3.25 million mansion. In fact, the two even put in an offer on the 11,000 sq. ft. mansion in Duluth, Georgia. Well it seems that offer did not go through as the AJC reports the couple is now in talks to lease the same property.
