Camille Grammer Speaks Out On Kelsey & Custody Battle, Kyle Richards Defends Her

The never ending saga of Camille Grammer vs. Kelsey Grammer continues with new details on their custody dispute.

In a recent interview on Ryan Seacrest’s Kis-FM Radio Show, Camille, star of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, expressed her frustrations regarding the custody battle between her and ex-hubby Kelsey, both of whom have filed for full custody of their two children Mason, 9, and Jude, 6.

Camille stated, “It’s been a tough couple weeks.” Even more shocking are Camille’s allegations that Kelsey is only interested in obtaining full custody of their son, Jude, “Kelsey wants to split his two children with Camille — taking his son to live with him and his new wife in Chicago, and leaving his daughter to live with her mother in California.” Yikes! However while Kelsey did send a letter back in April about wanting to split up custody, he ended up filing for custody of both children in May.

Camille, however, would like full custody as well and her RHOBH co-star Kyle Richards agrees that’s how it should be, stating: “They belong with their mom. I’m with her on this.” Further proving that the Camille/Kyle feud that dominated last season is over, Kyle defended Camille against Kelsey in a video released by RumorFix, commenting: “I think he’s done enough damage, he needs to leave her alone now.”

Court papers filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court state the Camille feels Kelsey’s reasons for seeking full custody are an attempt to: “create a false impression to the media and to wrongfully disparage her.” Well, after last season’s RHOBH I’m not sure Kelsey has to stoop so low to encourage any character assignations! Andy Cohen already beat you to the punch, Frasier!

Despite all the recent issues, Camille remains hopeful that she and Kelsey can have an amicable relationship: “I’m really trying to reach out to him and I think it’s very important for us to be cordial to one another to raise our children properly. For me it’s all about our kids and what’s good for them and stability, to know that they’re loved. Hopefully we’ll work toward some kind of agreement on this.”

So what do you think? Do you think Kelsey is really only seeking full custody to ruin Camille’s reputation? Surprised Kyle is defending Camille?
