Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof is finally responding to a report that she is experiencing financial difficulty.
A month ago, RadarOnline reported that Adrienne, who hails from the very wealthy Maloof family, was experiencing financial trouble and was forced to downgrade her lavish lifestyle.
Adrienne is now setting the record straight, admitting she is indeed cutting back on her wealthy lifestyle. “Regardless of your income, everybody is cutting back, it’s the responsible thing to do,” Adrienne told RadarOnline about her family’s financial situation.
Adrienne, whose wealth stems from her family’s successful ownership of the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, as well as the NBA team the Sacramento Kings, says while her family is wealthy, they still watch their purse strings.
“This is how we’ve been successful for over 150 years in our family business…. we watch our overheads, we don’t spending frivolously, we take care of our employees and give back philanthropically to various charities — And of course, we always work very hard on all our projects,” Adrienne added.
In other RHOBH news, there are new reports that Taylor Armstrong, whose estranged husband Russell Armstrong committed suicide two months ago, is now moving on and dating again.
Even more surprising, Taylor is being romantically linked with another Bravolebrity — Most Eligible Dallas star Matt Nordgren (what happened to his relationship with Courtney???). The original report by In Touch Weekly stated Taylor was “spotted openly holding hands with the quarterback-turned-energy-entrepreneur at two separate high-profile events” in Dallas two weekends ago.
Another report by local Dallas columnist OhSoCynthia added that sources inside Matt’s circle revealed he and Taylor “hooked up” in July when the cast was in Los Angeles doing press and publicity.
Matt, while admitting he did spend time with Taylor in Dallas, is however playing coy by giving the PC statement that he and Taylor are just friends. “It’s important for the Bravo family to support each other. Anytime someone’s going through that difficult of a situation I want to be supportive. She’s a friend, and that’s what friends do. She was in town handling business for her situation,” said Matt.
There is another Texas connection with Taylor as Russell is originally from Texas. Taylor continues to lay low though she was photographed about a week ago without her wedding ring.
Moving on to tonight’s all new episode! On the 6th episode this season titled “Let The Games Begin,” Taylor’s gal-pal Dana hosts a game night, yet the breezy fun turns dicey when Kim spends an inordinate amount of time in the bathroom. As suspicions rise about Kim, accusations fly. Adrienne also confronts Kyle about her concerns with Kim’s well-being after Kim’s recent, odd behavior.
