RHOBH’s Dana Wilkey Sued For Fraud; Break Down of Kim Richards’ Drug Cocktail; Plus Preview New Episode!

Perhaps Bravo was wrong not to make Dana Wilkey an official housewife on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after all!

According to a new report by TMZ, Dana would have made a perfect Bravo housewife as she is now being sued for fraud alongside her fiancé John Flynn, who is described as an “entrepreneur.”

In the lawsuit filed at the L.A. Superior Court this week, Mary Painter alleges Dana and John defrauded her out of $53,000. Mary claims she invested the money in 2008 with the couple and another man… she claimed would get at least a 10% return on their investment.

Mary adds that she tried to get her money out a number of times over the past two years to no avail. TMZ adds that it’s unclear what exactly Mary was investing in. She is also suing for breach of contract and fraudulent misrepresentation as well as asking for her money back plus damages.

Dana’s fiancé spoke to TMZ stating: “There is no fraud. Dana Wilkey is not a properly named defendant, and we expect to continue to negotiate and gain dismissal of this lawsuit as quick as possible.”

Dana also took to her Twitter page to defend herself. She wrote today, “Its a frivolous lawsuit. It will be dismissed. I didn’t even know about it until I TMZ.” She later added, “I’m not involved. I haven’t even met or spoken to the women.”

In other RHOBH news, Thefix.com (a blog about addiction and recovery) is breaking down Kim Richards’ mix of medications. During last week’s episode, Kim revealed her medications to Adrienne Maloof’s husband Dr. Paul Nassif, who then revealed the mix of prescription drugs likely to blame for Kim’s odd behavior this season.

The Fix blog went a step further specifically listing what exactly each drug Kim is taking does to the body and mind. The blog reveals that Kim’s drug mix is a “recipe for confusion.” While Lexapro — one of the drugs Kim is on — is said to be side-effect-free (below is the break down of the two remaining drugs):

Trazodone – “A tetracyclic antidepressant that’s often given to recovering alcoholics and addicts for its strong soporific quality—useful for insomniacs who’ve relied on narcotic-based sedatives—but its side-effects include confusion and difficulty concentrating or remembering things.”

Topamax – “Is an epilepsy drug and mood stabilizer that’s been used experimentally to treat alcoholism and migraine disorders. It, too, carries some crazy risks: users call it “Dopamax” or “Stupamax” because of side-effects like feeling disoriented and confused, or the inability to remember words or speak in complete sentences.”

Kim’s sister Kyle Richards also blogged this week, citing she feels vindicated that the world can now see prescription drugs are to blame for Kim’s behavior this season and not illegal drugs or alcohol. Below is an excerpt from Kyle’s Bravo blog

“I am happy they showed Kim discussing with Paul the medication’s she has been taking. I think that clears things up for some people. I didn’t know exactly what she was taking, but I knew that the doctors had put her on something and I saw a difference in here — and not always for the best. That is why I got so upset with Brandi for making that comment about Kim and crystal meth. I knew because she said that on camera millions of people would see that. I know from experience, once something is said on camera, true or false, it follows you forever. My sister Kim has struggled enough with her issues. I didn’t want that to set her back. She is a strong girl but fragile at the same time. I told Kim after her visit with Paul that she had to talk to her doctor’s and get that sorted out. Paul didn’t feel she was on the right medication for her anxiety and didn’t think it was the right combination of meds.”
