With the public backlash against her at an all-time high and her empire in danger, Kim Kardashian is now suing mad!
Unable to sue the millions and millions of people that rightfully believe her 72-day marriage was a sham, the Keeping up With The Kardashians star has decided to sue her former publicist, Jonathan Jaxson. The reason? Because he has been telling media outlets her marriage to Kris Humphries was a publicity stunt!
It appears that Kimmie is also upset because Jonathan, who was her publicist when she first released her sex tape became famous, revealed just how much of a famewhore she really is.
“When we first met it was all about getting publicity and turning her into a star,” Jaxson told RadarOnline. “I staged so many paparazzi moments for her… I arranged for her to be coming out of a jewelry store and made it look like Reggie was planning to propose to her.”

“She would call and tell me to alert the press so there were cameras there whenever anything happened,” adds Jonathan stating that Kim’s constant need for attention was part of the reason her ex Reggie Bush broke up with her. “Reggie cottoned onto it and he didn’t like it, that was part of the reason they split up. He couldn’t handle the fame and her desire for it.”
Jonathan, who believes Kim’s marriage was a publicity stunt, adds: “She has just become this different person who is eager and hungry for fame. She has a mass craving for attention.”
According to TMZ, Kim is now suing Jonathan to the tune of $200,000 for his comments to Radar Online. Kim is claiming Jonathan violated a confidentiality agreement he signed, and now wants him to pay up for damaging her reputation with his allegedly defamatory statements. Kim also claims she only worked with him once years ago and barely remembers him. Uh uh.

Jonathan, who has also worked with other reality famewhore star Kim Zolciak, however states he never signed a confidentiality agreement.
Meanwhile, just two weeks after pulling the plug on her sham marriage by filing for divorce, it appears all is back to normal for Kimmie Kakes!
Kim, 31, took to her website yesterday to post a “Thank you” note to her “loyal” supporters (aka her “blog dolls”). She wrote: “Hi everyone! I just wanted to thank you guys for all your support these last two weeks. I took a break from blogging for a while, but I’ve missed you guys so much and I want to start sharing my updates with you all again. I’ve been reading all your comments on here and, as always, my loyal blog dolls have been nothing but supportive. You all know who you are, so thank you! I love you guys. Kim xo”
Kim also made certain to include a kissy face photo of herself to her darling fans! Apparently, all it takes is two weeks to mourn the demise of her sham marriage! Nice to see things are back to normal for Kimmie. Her kissy face photo is below.
Unfortunately for Kim, the public still hates her because almost 80% of those polled on the HollywoodLife blog feel she needs to shut up and go back to staying out of the public eye. Ouch! And according to the rumor mill, Tyler Perry, who hired Kim to be in his new movie, cut her role short due to the backlash from his fans. Sources say Kim was supposed to film for four weeks for her role, but ultimately ended up filming for just a week.
As for Kris Humphries, he has finally hired a divorce lawyer and will reportedly be signing the divorce papers soon.
