Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards is now responding to reports which stated her sister Kim Richards planned to live with her upon release from rehab.
Late last week, reports came out that Kim had left rehab and was moving in Kyle for out patient care. It was later discovered that while Kim did attempt to leave rehab before the end of her 30 day mark, her loved ones convinced her to stay longer.
While talking to the Rumor Fix blog, Kyle made it clear that Kim, who has been living with her boyfriend Ken Blumenfeld, is moving into a new house once she leaves the Betty Ford Clinic. The rumor now is that Kim has broken up with boyfriend Ken who is said to be “controlling.”
“She won’t be living with me,” says Kyle, “We’re a little too old for that.” Kyle adds that her sister is, however, “doing really well.”
Sources tell the Rumor Fix blog that Kim has completed her 30 days in rehab, but the folks at the Betty Ford Center have recommended she stay for an additional 90 days of aftercare. Kim has reportedly agreed to stay at the facility until early February and will reevaluate things at that time.
A report came out days ago stating Kim was having a hard time in rehab and being defiant at times.
In other news, Kyle recently released her book titled — Life Is Not a Reality Show: Keeping It Real with the Housewife Who Does It All.
Unfortunately This isn’t a sordid tell-all as the book description promises Kyle will reveal “how she achieves that perfect mix of celebrity and normality. In this collection of the best tips, advice and strategies she knows, Kyle’s talking friend to friend so you can create that blend of glitz and know-how in your own life.”
Below is an excerpt from her book about infidelity —
“I know some people say that flirting can be totally innocent and harmless. I don’t agree. I believe that a relationship, especially after marriage, needs to be protected and sheltered from the outside forces that could potentially undermine it.
One incident, a single mistake, is one thing, but I would not tolerate a repeat offender.
A woman friend came to me once very upset, and she started crying because she did something with someone other than her husband. I took her hands and said, “Look at me. It did not happen. Do you understand me? Stop! It did not happen. You’re moving on and it didn’t happen. Because otherwise you’re going to ruin your life.” There’s no need to hurt the other person unless you’ve put him at risk and have a responsibility to let him know. Do what you need to do to acknowledge in yourself and to God what you did. Don’t forget it; just learn from it and try to move on. When you face conflict in your marriage, look at the bigger picture of what is valuable in your life and what you want to hang on to. That might mean forgiving your husband or yourself.”
So Kyle’s advice on infidelity is to not tell your partner? Interesting. Kyle also shares tips on her family, hair, men & her beauty in the book.
Moving on to tonight’s all new episode of the RHOBH.
