A little over one year after being sued by her ex-manager, Bethenny Frankel has settled the $100 million lawsuit regarding her Skinnygirl deal.
Bethenny’s ex-manager, Doug Wald, claimed that he helped her put together the deal and that just days before her big $120 million payout, she fired him. Wald had stated that he helped Bethenny find an agent and introduced her to David Kanbar, who put together the business plan for Skinnygirl and helped Bethenny grow it and sell it for a nice profit to Beam Global.

After the lawsuit was filed last year, Bethenny came forward and said she would not be bullied and was weighing her options on counter-suing. The reality star and talk show host must’ve decided that it was easier to pay some cash and end this legal battle. According to the Hollywood Reporter, a notice of settlement has been filed with the L.A. County judge.
With all that’s going on in her life and the legal bills that were probably piling up, it seems like a good call to settle and be done with it. Hopefully Bethenny didn’t pay Raw Talent (the company Doug Wald is co-president of) more than their 10%. Suing for $100 million of a $120 million deal seems a little ridiculous and greedy.
