Original Apprentice villain Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth has suffered yet another loss. Her fiancé, Academy Award nominated actor Michael Clarke Duncan suffered a heart attack and passed away yesterday morning.
The actor, 54, who was engaged to Omarosa, apparently never recovered from a myocardial infarction he suffered on July 13th, according to TMZ.
Omarosa discovered Michael in cardiac arrest in his Los Angeles home and performed CPR which kept the actor alive until paramedics arrived on the scene. He was convalescing in a hospital and unfortunately passed away there.

Omarosa's mother was by his bedside when Michael passed. "[Omarosa] Manigault is grateful for all of your prayers and asks for privacy at this time. Celebrations of his life, both private and public, will be announced at a later date," her rep shared.
In response to the loss, Omarosa told RadarOnline, "I am devastated. He was the love of my life." TMZ reports that the couple was set to wed in January and had decided to keep their engagement a secret from the media.
Omarosa fought valiantly to save Michael's life and had doctors flown in from all over the world.
This has been a tough couple of years for the reality star who was rumored to be staging a return to reality TV on Celebrity Apprentice All Stars. Omarosa's brother was murdered last year.
Omarosa's friend and fellow-Apprentice star, NeNe Leakes tweeted her support:
Phaedra Parks also offered her condolences. "RIP Michael Clarke Duncan a great actor, soulmate to @OMAROSA & sweet friend," she tweeted.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star added, "#PrayerPartners pls lift up my friend @OMAROSA & Duncan family during their time of mourning-GOD grant them joy & serenity." A photo of Phaedra with Michael and Omarosa is below.
