I'm very confused about why Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif have decided to broadcast their unsavory divorce precedings to the media. It doesn't seem like a wise decision given their careers – well at least not Paul's. Adrienne's career is making drama on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills – something she's accused of being lite on. Well, no one can accuse Adrienne of not having a storyline now!
In a divorce that we all imagined would be peaceable and drama free; Adrienne and Paul have been mudslinging and accusing each other left and right. I mean how can Chad Johnson and Evelyn Lozada have a less crazy divorce than these two?
The couple has been fighting over custody of their two children and accusing each other of domestic abuse and negligence. Well, now Adrienne is accusing Paul of child abuse and has won temporary custody of their three children!

According to TMZ, Adrienne's attorney filed a declaration which claims Paul choked one of their children last Thursday! Adrienne attests that Paul picked their children up from school and during the ride two of the boys were kicking each other in the back seat. Allegedly Paul then reached back and choked one of them around the Adam's apple. While driving?
Adrienne recounts that later the boys were taking a bath together "when one of them supposedly peed in the tub and the other boys started fighting." According to Adrienne, Paul responded by spanking one of the boys hard on the bottom and "threw him in the corner."
Apparently the family chef (Is it Bernie – Adrienne's chef who also happens to hate Lisa Vanderpump) filed a declaration attesting that he witnessed Paul kicking the family dog for having an accident. Even worse a DEA agent who is friends with the family claims he witnessed Paul putting his hands around the neck of one of the children.
I'm confused by all of this? I mean presumably he would have been abusing them when Adrienne and Paul were living together and if I saw someone choke my child at any point, I'm pretty sure I'd be alerting the authorities but that's just me! Furthermore – how did Adrienne know all of these things were happening at Paul's house?
Anyway, Paul and his lawyer were not present during the hearing, but Paul fully denies ALL the allegations. Paul's lawyer, Lisa Meyer, says: "This smacks of underhandedness. Adrienne wasn't even present when this allegedly occurred."
"It is a sad day when parents have to stoop to the level of making false allegations against another parent," Ms. Meyer adds, calling Adrienne's move "gamesmanship at its worst."
Well, I'm sure Paul will have another accusation against Adrienne soon! Their poor kids.
