Did Kate Gosselin And Kendra Wilkinson "Mom Swap" For A New Show?

Let's face it. No matter how hard the universe tries to dissuade her, Kate Gosselin's quest for a new reality TV show is never going to end.

Accused of child abuse? Kate's not spooked. Publicly humiliated by a coupon blog? No sweat off Kate's back. Hurricane Sandy unfairly coming between Kate and her hair salon? Well, that one almost brought her down. Obviously, Kate has priorities. Through it all, Kate keeps trying… and trying… and trying.

Reportedly, Kate and Kendra Wilkinson have participated in new reality show titled Mom Swap. According to Robert Hoffman, the author of (not for sale) Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World, Kate's latest endeavor left her kids traumatized, which ~~doesn't sound like Kate~~ is completely believable.

Hoffman claims, "Kate left her eight children alone with Kendra Wilkinson, who formed a company to market her own sex tape, as well as a strange camera crew and a college-age babysitter (Ashley), for a week while she went off with her own personal babysitter to film an episode of a new reality show tentatively called ‘Mom Swap.’"

The Kate-hating writer goes on to say that Kate dropped her kids off with Kendra, only telling them that she used to be on Dancing with the Stars (close enough to mama, right?), and later demanded they never speak to anyone about filming the show. “The Gosselin children were scared and very confused, having no idea who their new mom-for-a-week was, or why they were left alone with her to be filmed by strangers," Hoffmain reports.

Hoffman concludes, “I’m not sure how much more psychological damage Kate can do to these poor children, but she sure looks like she’s willing to sink to new depths to get her face back on television.”

Basically, Mom Swap is Wife Swap: Kids Necessary or Celebrity Wife Swap: Kids Necessary if the moms continue to be reality TV stars. While the premise is hardly inventive, imagine the reality TV mom possibilities! If this story is true, Kendra definitely got the raw end of the deal and poor Hank Jr! 🙁
