Last month, Teen Mom's Farrah Abraham caused quite the controversy when she revealed her new $16,000 face to the world. At just 21 years old, Farrah had a new chin and nose to go with her previously enhanced boobs.
Defending her decision, Farrah said she is happy with her new look. “There was no real influence in getting [plastic surgery], my whole family loved how I looked," Farrah told RumorFix. "I just felt that it bothered me, so I perfected that, and so now I just waste less time in the mirror and instead I’m like ‘OK, I’m ready to go!’”
“I clearly know myself, and I know it was right," Farrah added. "I chose the right time and the right place, the right person, the right doctor, and I’m around the right people, so I am happy with what I did."

Teen Mom 2's Jenelle Evans judged Farrah's decision to have several elective surgeries at such a young age. Jenelle tweeted, "Only 21 years old and went under 3 plastic surgeries already?! That's insane if you ask me!" When RumorFix told Farrah about Jenelle's comment, Farrah said, "No comment. Oh really? Because she got a boob job after I did."
Farrah went on to say that she's not surprised by Jenelle's comment because there are "lots of teen mothers on MTV who are very not intelligent." That said, Farrah had no shortage of compliments for herself. She added, "I’m one of them who really works hard, really educates myself, and really cares about people. And lots of the time they call me a bitch or act like my friend. That’s normal I think. I think that’s what the world has become and it’s just not in my life."

While I completely agree with Jenelle, I think she "attacks" Farrah only because she lacks self-confidence. And that makes me sad. Will Jenelle always be insecure, addicted to drugs, and involved with deadbeats? Will Farrah always be an insufferable spoiled brat? Is there hope for any of them?
Farrah also admitted that she is open to future surgeries. “I want to get married and have more kids when I’m 30," she said. "I’d get lipo, it’s a common thing, I would get bigger boobs. I would just do what’s needed and what fits my body [to make sure] I’m happy. So, it’s not out of the picture, but it’s probably way later in my life.”
