I was caught off guard when Million Dollar Listing LA star Josh Altman showed up to celebrate Mercedes "MJ" Javid's birthday on Shahs of Sunset.
I didn't know Josh and MJ were friends.
Last night, I was equally shocked to see MJ smoking the Hookah in Josh's rap video "I Sell the Dream." First, let's not talk about the fact that I spent my Friday night watching the Josh Altman rap video on YouTube. (What has my life become?!) Second, I've seen Josh's video before, as I'm a huge fan of Million Dollar Listing LA, but not since I jumped on the Shahs of Sunset bandwagon.

Don't panic. Josh Altman isn't trying to be the next Persian Pop Priestess Rap Priest. Josh, along with Matt Altman and Heather Bilyeu, made the video to raise funds for the charity The Wounded Warrior Project. All proceeds from iTunes downloads, ringtone purchases, and video streams on YouTube go to the charity.
"This is all about helping the troops out." Josh said. "Everyone who knows me knows I'm a pretty funny guy and I like to joke around a lot. The next one might be an R&B spoof called 'No Contingencies, Please.'"
