According to TMZ, the reality star known as Bluefoot was pulled over for speeding around 3am Friday morning in Charleston, West Virginia. The officer suspected that he'd been drinking, and he failed a field sobriety test.
Blufoot's blood alcohol level was greater than .15 (holy hell!) which is considered a case of aggravated DUI under West Virginia law.
Anyone want to take a bet as to which Buckwild star will be getting fingerprinted next?
