Oh man I don't even know where to begin with the latest Jenelle Evans nonsense. So, Jenelle has left rehab for the second time in less than a month.
This time she stayed for about a week. As soon as she returned to civilization – if you can call twitter civilization – Jenelle hopped on twitter to get in a fight with ex-husband who still loves publicity her, Courtland Rogers for spending time with his babymama, Taylor Lewis.
Let's break this down!
First up, Jenelle flees rehab again:
“Jenelle just needed to spend some time trying to figure things out,” a source tells RadarOnline. “She doesn’t think she really needs it. She’s ready to live her life like a normal person not on drugs or dealing with the crappy guys who were around her.”

Since she's been back – all one day – Jenelle has been spending long-needed quality time with son Jace and posting photos to prove it. They are below. Unfortunately she can't be too involved, because she's spent the bulk of her time ON TWITTER fighting with crappy guys and other messed up women who love them.
Getting back at Courtland for accusing her of heroin addiction, the Teen Mom 2 star retaliated by saying Courtland was hiding drugs in his two-year-old daughter JaJa's clothes.
Apparently two minutes after telling tabloids he hopes to resume his relationship with Jenelle, Courtland headed over to Taylor's for some quality time. And he was flush with money I might add!
Courtland insists he is just trying to be a father. "I tried to keep it civil!!! @PBandJenelley_1 got mad at me for finally being a father!!!" He's on a self-improvement plan since his suicide watch and arrest, you know.
Now where did he get that OK Magazine? I mean he already pawned all Jenelle's stuff…
In the middle of all this, Courtland's twitter handle was suspended. The horrors!! "Courtland was recently suspended from Twitter. Every time he tried to make a new account, the new one was suspended as well. Fans began to speculate why he was suspended," Sulia reports via Those Baby Shows.
Jenelle's sometimes friend, sometimes nude photo leaker, sometimes middle-aged stalker, sometimes drug supplier James Duffy was allegedly behind the suspension.
"He just posted a copy of a message showing that he reported Courtland's tweet. It apparently violated Twitter's policy of posting private information." Not sure what tweet Courtland posted – there's been so many offensive ones – but one did him in.
Not to be daunted, he quickly scurried to create a new twitter handle. Which didn't work. I think he got back together with Taylor to use her Twitter – cause he is now using HER name to tweet. Yes, taylewis1993 is actually COURTLAND. Are y'all keeping up so far?

Luckily Courtland also has Facebook to sustain all his social media needs.
Anyway, then Jenelle got out of rehab and immediately stated fighting with Courtland. "@taylewis1993 lmfao just realized she was born in 93 and yr born in 86…. EW," she wrote accusing Courtland of being a pedophile. "
Courtland insists he is just spending time with Taylor and his daughter, nothing romantical. "And for the record Taylor and I have NOT had sex !!!!!! Damnnnn can't a baby momma chill with her baby daddy and b parents?? Haters smdh"
We all wait for tomorrow when Jenelle and Courtland are back together to take on James and Taylor (who will probably be engaged at this point) and Gary Head, who is probably going to be writing a tell-all book with Kieffer Delp about Jenelle's exploits.
