Joe Giudice has the utmost faith in our legal system! The controversial "businessman" and husband of Real Housewives of New Jersey's Teresa Giudice hasn't always had the best luck with the law, and the couple has been riddled with rumors of Joe's cheating and major discord in their marriage. While the pair has faced all of the gossip with fake smiles and denials, no one can dispute that Joe's record is anything but squeaky clean.
Throughout the past seasons of RHONJ, Joe's mouth has gotten him in all sorts of trouble, although his actions have also landed him in hot water. He's been battling legal woes stemming from an identity theft case in which Joe allegedly falsely obtained a driver's license in his brother's name since his own license had been revoked. Joe's court issues have been ongoing (the man loves rejecting a plea deal!), and it appears that there isn't an end in sight thanks to Joe's ego professed innocence. Juicy!

In Touch reports that just yesterday, Juicy turned down a very fair plea bargain in light of the charges against him. Of course he did. If he'd taken the deal, Joe would have had to serve four years in jail. Now that he's taking his chances with a trial, he could face up to ten years in prison if found guilty.
Joe's attorney Miles Feinstein spoke with the magazine, sharing, "Today [April 1] the state offered him NJ State Prison, and we rejected that offer. Instead, we set a trial scheduling hearing for May 28, since we’re rejecting the new plea offer.” Well, we all know how much Joe likes to play poker, so this gamble may be right up his alley!
Joe's lawyer continues, citing the age old mantra that his client isn't getting a fair shake due to his "celebrity" status. He asserts, “Joe is being treated differently. He shouldn't have to do any jail time for this. The best outcome for this will be we win the case and he doesn't do any time at all." You know, I agree. Joe shouldn't have to serve any time for his crimes. If it was anyone else, they would clearly get off scott-free, right? #sarcasm #givemeabreak
A family insider confirms the deal, revealing, "Today they offered Joe four years in NJ State Prison instead of the ten year sentence that goes with this crime."
I know I'll be waiting with baited breath to see the outcome of Juicy's trial. Let's predict Tre's next book, shall we? My money is on Fabulicious: Tasty Treats From The Pen!
