Following the massive brawl that took place during the opening of Kim DePaola's salon and boutique, Posche 2, the police are investigating and possible criminal assault charges could be filed.

According to sources while filming for Real Housewives of New Jersey some mayhem went down. Joe Gorga and Chris Laurita (aided by Albie Manzo and Jacqueline 'Bad Girls Club" Laurita) got into a physical altercation with Kim D friend and strippergate instigator, Johnny Karagiorgis.

Johnny reportedly made fun of Jacqueline's autistic son Nicholas (a charge he vehemently denies on twitter) which led to the incident. Witnesses tell the NJ Patch that the fight was very nasty

"It was a huge brawl. Three of Kim D's clothes racks were destroyed and three of our custom sinks were broken," salon owner Jennifer Dunn confirms. "There was blood on the walls." Jennifer also reveals that one of the men threw a sink during the incident. Undaunted Bravo cameras continued rolling the entire time!

Jennifer estimates the damage is approximately $15,000 to the salon alone. Kim D's damages are also said to be in the tens of thousands of dollar range. The price of famewhoring…

Ridgewood NJ police were called to the scene and confirm the brawl occurred. "There was a report of a dispute that led to an assault," Ridgewood Police Chief John Ward said. "We cannot confirm or deny it involved any cast members."

In response to what he considers an attack Johnny has filed a "citizen's complaint" alleging he was assaulted by Poison and Chris. Albie is not named in the complaint for whatever reason. Police are currently investigating and the case remains active.

"Ridgewood Municipal Court Judge David Pfund will conduct a probable cause hearing to determine if charges are filed against the alleged aggressors," the Patch explains.

The police refuse to add further comment and state they are unaware if a "cross-complaint" has been filed against Johnny

Besides Jacqueline, none of the Housewives present were involved in the altercation. Jennifer says they have all expressed remorse over what happened. Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, and Caroline Manzo also attended. "They felt really awful about it. I want people to know they're so much nicer than they're made out to be," she adds.
