Jacqueline and Chris Laurita along with Joe Gorga are about to face prosecutors stemming from assault charges filed by Johnny Karagiorgis.
Bergen County prosecutor spokesperson Maureen Parenta reveals that the Lauritas and Joe are "being prepared" to face grand jury indictment related to the Real Housewives of New Jersey brawl that broke out during filming for a Moxie/Posche 2 grand opening.
Johnny maintains he was "ambushed" by the RHONJ cast and it was all to create drama for the reality show. The incident was filmed.

Johnny will also be indicted according to NorthJersey.com. He is facing charges for "three counts each of harassment and assault, and two counts of making terroristic threats."

Joe told a judge at an earlier hearing: “ [Johnny] He’s obsessed with us, and he’s stalked us for years. I get phone calls at night. It’s to the point where my wife has gotten depressed over it. This guy needs to be prosecuted. This is cyber bullying.” Jacqueline alleged that Johnny threatened to kill her.
Ms. Parenta says a hearing had not been scheduled yet.
