Adriana de Moura is no stranger to creating drama! She was caught lying about her relationship status to Frederic Marq, her longtime love whom we saw propose on camera.
Unfortunately for Adriana her secret marriage license was uncovered which showed the Real Housewives of Miami star has been wifed up to Frederic since 2008.
Adriana's publicist insisted that the license was nullified because of a typo (her maiden name is misspelled) and since the couple married on a whim they decided it was a blessing in disguise and opted to hold out on tying the knot. And then reality TV came along to splash out for a big ol' wedding!
Well some of Adriana's co-stars, you know the ones who don't like her, reportedly tried to use this lie as leverage to get her canned. I'm placing my bets on Joanna Krupa and the now defunct Karent Sierra!

"Some of the cast members got wind of the fact that they were going to be axed and conspired to try to get Adriana fired from the show for lying to Bravo in order to save their own asses," a source tells The Miami Herald. "They put it out there and it backfired because Adriana was asked back."
Bravo was never going to fire their chief drama starter, especially for a dentisT with a publicisT and an extra T, so alas Adriana was in and Karent was out. Besides Adriana vs. Joanna: The Wedding is the major plotline for this season!
Well there's even MORE drama concerning Adriana's discovered license. She is blaming Lea Black, who once saved her desperado butt from living in an art gallery. Despite the fact that Adriana's marriage license could be obtained by anyone who has access to a little thing called Google, "Adriana blames Lea Black for leaking the story to the press." Well I suppose that friendship is kaput! Which means lots o drama.
"Adriana is doing whatever she can to become the breakout star," the source adds. And making her wedding an affair to remember is priority no. 1. The couple is recruiting "high society" Miami socialites and types to attend their grand event to show Bravo they are a big-deal about town. Essentially they are casting for their wedding! Why isn't Marysol Patton planning things?

"Frederic is trying to recruit beautiful people as their 'friends' to attend the wedding. Adriana is determined to be the star of the show and outshine Joanna at all costs," the source shares. "She's begging and bartering, all to appear fabulous!"
Apparently Adriana is very concerned about season 3 becoming "the Joanna show" with Bravo putting more focus on her wedding to Romain Zago instead of Adriana's affair (re-wedding? vow renewal?).
Joanna's wedding will take place in Los Angeles and will also be featured on the show. Dang none of these broads rank high enough to rate a spinoff do they!

And speaking of the de Moura-Marq wedding, despite a previous marriage, the show must go on! And a little thing like faux-reality so does not matter! A special e-vitation was prepared to alert the public at large (and presumably sponsors and "extras") of plans for the big event!
"Adriana and Frederic's wedding and the reception are being heavily featured on Season 3," begins the promo-vitation. The classy advert is designed by producer Rick Campbell.
In the "dress code" the evite evokes 'extras' to look like Sofia Vergara and wear all-white! "Your wardrobe selections will play a significant role in the overall look, feel and ambiance of the scenes, so we have attached an inspiration mood board to give you an idea of the dress codes we are requesting," the producers request.
Then reminding people that they will be ON CAMERA: "Bravo has become known for their high profile events and weddings on camera, so we want to be sure that Adriana and Frederic's event goes down in the Bravo history books." There's a costume change for the reception which demands everyone dress like Downton Abbey characters.
