Yesterday Teresa Giudice wrote an open-letter to the tabloids lambasting them for making accusations about Jr. Mafia Jailbird Joe's alleged cheating ways. Proving that Stand By Your Man is on repeat on the iPod, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star insists there is no truth to the rumors and furthermore threatened to sue organizations making accusations!
Several media outlets – from the littlest to the hugest – have reported on Joe's purported adultery, a situation not helped by some seriously unflattering footage of him in Napa last season and Jacqueline Laurita's accusations at the reunion. There's also been photos of Joe with other women, although nothing incriminating!
It's speculated that Teresa is attempting some damage control before a really juicy (pun intended) tabloid story emerges later this week that will contain further allegations and photographs of Joe in a compromising situation.

Dear Tabloids…
I hear you're trying to get to the bottom of the "mystery girl" Joe had drinks with in April? Here's a simple idea: show me or Joe the picture and ask us. We could have easily told you it was one of our dear friends and a former employee of both of us that Joe was meeting to talk business. We've known her and her family since she was in high school. No secret. No mystery.
I'm also in business meetings and lunches and dinners with people of the opposite sex. Should I send you their photo before we go out so you're clear on that too? Or will you continue to make up stories about everyone we meet? I have a book signing tonight in Boston–at Brookline Booksmith, 279 Harvard Street. Be sure to come over and photograph me with the 300 or so hot guys I'm sure will be there. I'm in a relationship with ALL of them! I'm just that busy.
Joe and I are on TV, so I get it that our lives are open for everyone and their mother to criticize. What's unfair and completely disgusting is that you would drag every person we ever speak to into your fake stories. It's not acceptable to falsely portray our friends, family, business associates, fans, and even acquaintances this way.
The poor girl in your photo is freaking out now, and rightfully so, because she's getting harassing calls at her work, being stalked on the Internet, and even followed. How is this even remotely legal? Oh yeah, it's not.
You know we have four daughters that are personally hurt every time you print these lies, but that doesn't seem to faze you at all. Maybe being sued for defamation finally will.
The woman Joe was photographed with was Davana Medina, a supposed longtime family friend and personal trainer. He has been photographed and seen with her several times having dinner and several sources have attested to a 'more than friends' relationship.
Of course, as Teresa mentions, she is in the public eye and all celebrities (from the littlest to the hugest!) deal with this sort of intense probing into their personal life. It comes with the territory of opening yourself up to the world at large. Some of the rumors have a grain of truth, and some really and legitimately do not.
I do agree it sucks to deal with, particularly when children are involved, but it really is just part of living out your fifteen minutes. Melissa Gorga has also dealt with cheating allegations – albeit from the other perspective as she was accused of cheating. And no matter what we think of Juicy (I find him both amusing and deplorable), we don't wish an unhappy marriage on anyone.
UPDATED: The newest story that hit the shelves this week is that Joe is having an affair with the family's former nanny, Nicole Cemelli. She hasn't worked for the family since 2010, but Joe keeps in touch and was photographed with her in April. When Life & Style asked Teresa about it and showed her the photo, she said "That’s Joe’s old secretary, who works in the city. He was in the city that day for other business meetings and he had met up with her after, to go over some things.”
