Vicki Gunvalson isn't taking this Vicki's Vodka lawsuit sitting down.
If you're not up to speed on the suit that Robert Williamson III has filed against Vicki and on-again, off-again beau Brooks Ayers, you can see the long, detailed version here and the short version here. Basically she tried to gift Brooks a chunk of the company and then Brooks tried to sell it back to Robert.
Vicki had previously stated that she would work to clear the matter up, sharing that Robert's lawsuit was frivolous. This week she took to Facebook to share that she's filing her own countersuit if Robert doesn't immediately drop his lawsuit.

Vicki writes, "Our attorney has written a letter to Robert Williamson’s attorney demanding that his lawsuit be dismissed because it has no merit whatsoever. If it is not dismissed, @BrooksAyers and I will vigorously contest the lawsuit and will file a cross complaint against Mr. Williamson for breach of fiduciary duties and other claims." When Vicki says "Brooks and I will contest", that means Vicki and Brooks will contest, but on Vicki's dime. Last year's dentist is this year's lawyer. I also love that she refers to Brooks as @BrooksAyers. It's the little things.
The Real Housewives of Orange County star continues, "The allegations against us are totally unfounded, as we will prove in court if necessary. Thank you for your continued support. When life hands you a bunch of lemons… make lemonade!"
Oh the lemonade jokes swirling through my brain. Too, too easy.
Let's hope this lawsuit doesn't go away and it will all play out for the Bravo cameras next season. Yes, please.
