Farrah displayed her new boob job in a sparkly blue bikini in Vegas this afternoon, hosting a pool party.
Farrah made an appearance, playing hostess at The Sapphire Pool & Day Club this afternoon. And apparently the former Teen Mom is now so famous that she needs a bodyguard with her. Oh Charlie Sheen doesn't know what he missed out on.
