Teen Mom 3 star Mackenzie Douthit and fiance Josh McKee are expecting their second child! Of course, the pregnancy and birth of Mackenzie and Josh's first child, Gannon, was detailed on 16 & Pregnant.

Josh and Mackenzie are getting married on Saturday.
