The Below Deck star, who has been romancing Sam Orme on the breakout show, was arrested on Monday for assault – and somebody looks waaaaasted in their mug shot!
C.J. got into a physical altercation with his on-again/off-again fiance at 1am Monday morning in Phoenix, AZ. According to the police report C.J. "took her to the ground" and was charged with intentional assault and defacing property (less than $250 worth).

C.J's lady, which whom he agreed to have an open relationship with while was aboard the yacht, also told police he choked her. But she also admits to scratching him as well. Sources told TMZ that C.J. has a scratch on his face from the altercation. In addition C.J. is accused of breaking her cell phone during the argument.

Bravo had no comment about the arrest, but I wonder what this means for C.J.'s future on surprise hit show!
