You know how you totally forget some people even exist until they thrust themselves back into the news? Yeah, that's how I feel about Jon and Kate Gosselin. The reality stars with their brood of children are now more famous for their acrimonious divorce than their TLC reality show Jon and Kate Plus 8.
While Kate has traded her role as America's Sweetheart (I couldn't even type that with a straight face) for that of couponing queen, I do kind of miss Jon's Ed Harvey antics when he was palling around with Michael Lohan. Thanks to a new lawsuit, we may be seeing more of the dreadful duo!

As you all recall, Jon's friend and tabloid writer penned a tell-all about Kate entitled Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World. The book lasted for only two days on the shelves before being pulled because the information contained in it had been illegally obtained.
Now, according to the Westport News, Kate is taking her ex-husband to court claiming that he was involved in hacking into her computer and phone and stealing her hard drive to supply the author with material for the book. Yesterday she filed a suit against Jon in federal court.
Kate's attorney alleges, "Jon violated a federal anti-hacking statute in order to publish salacious, scandalous and defamatory information about Kate. It's damaged her reputation."
Wait, that's what damaged her reputation? I thought she did that damage on her own! In her court filings, Kate seeks unspecified damages and accuses John of wiretapping, invasion of privacy, identity theft. Well, she's made no secret she wants Jon to go down for any involvement he may have had in this little situation!
