Never a dull moment for Jenelle Evans and her men. This week it's her beau Nathan Griffith in trouble with the law. Nathan was arrested early this morning (2:18 a.m.) for DUI, resisting arrest, driving on the wrong side of the road, speeding in a reduced speed zone, disobeying an officer and oh yeah..driving on a suspended license!! Happy early birthday to Nathan!
The reportedly sober couple had a night out that ended with a bang. Here's the list from Nathan's arrest paperwork:
- Resisting Arrest – No bail set
- Driving Under Suspension – No bail set
- Speeding in a Reduced Speed Zone – $133.50
- Driving on Wrong Side of the Road – $237.50
- DUI – Pretrial – No bail set
- Disobeying a police officer – $315.00
Jenelle, of course, is denying the events of the evening on Twitter and via her "official PR rep" Twitter account.

The denial from her PR Twitter account, "Lots of rumors and speculation going around. @PBandJenelley_1 and @GroundLevelUp were pulled over in their driveway. Not everything is as it seems." Jenelle tried to laugh off the reports of Nathan's bail amounts (straight from the police dept. website), but then abruptly said she was logging off Twitter for the day.
Thankfully no one was hurt! And hey..maybe Juicy Joe can hook him up with a new license….
UPDATED: The Real Teen Mom Talk shared that Nathan just did a radio interview with them and he swore that he NEVER drives drunk because of his previous DUI, etc. (Rumor has it this may be his 4th or 5th DUI, but so far that's just hearsay on Twitter from his ex.) Oh how ironic. The interview is worth the listen – it's long but the delusion is almost entertaining. Courtland calls in toward the end to try to share his side of the insanity.
Nathan also claims in the interview that he has a license and was going to sue people for saying he didn't. The lies are piling up.
