I love how everyone on Real Housewives of New Jersey always claims to put family first, yet all of their actions are totally contrary. Shockingly, that isn't the intro to a post about the never ending salon saga of Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga.
Today, Dina Manzo and sister-in-law Jacqueline Laurita are acting anything but close, which shouldn't come as such a surprise, given that Dina has distanced herself from all of her fam…especially sister Caroline.
Of course, with the new rumors that Dina will be making a triumphant return to RHONJ, it isn't all that strange that people are whispering that Jacqueline has been given the ax by Andy Cohen. With Caroline starting her own reality show, Jacqueline would be the only person Dina would have an issue with if she were to come home to Bravo…and we all know how much Andy loves Grandma Wrinkles Dina.

Radar Online** is claiming that Dina may have had a hand in Jacqueline's housewife demise. A source explains, ”Dina wants to come back but wants Jacqueline fired first, because she is afraid of fighting with her,” adding, ”Dina doesn’t want to be exposed for who she really is. Dina forgot about her brother or sisters ability to be on the show.”
The insider reveals that Jacqueline was always Dina's biggest champion against the famed "prostitution whore" Danielle Staub–that is, until Jacqueline got caught in the crossfire. According to the source, "Jax stopped Danielle from exposing Dina so many times by refusing to film with her if she said anything about her. Jax told Danielle that if she said anything about Dina, she would not be friends with her anymore. Danielle always told stories about Dina and everyone else."
Continuing the source shares, "Jacqueline always protected Dina until she dragged her in the season one finale wanting her to lie for her while she cowardly let Caroline cover for her.”
The source also believes that if Dina, who is separated from her husband, can't find her niche, she may just try to reconcile, stating, "If Dina makes enough money on her own then she can leave her husband, if not she’s going back to him. She’s already attempted a few shows to further herself but they fell apart. RHONJ was her only option to stay in the limelight for now.”
Citing Dina's alleged return to Bravo, the insider teases, "The onion will be unpeeled next season on the RHONJ.”
If this is all true, then tell me when I need to set my DVR. Another equally as crazy and dysfunctional dynamic? Why, it's what these shows are all about!
Not so fast, Lauren (I always jump the gun!). Dina recently took to Twitter to debunk these rumors. She writes, "Oh yes, I have the power to fire ANYONE. I'm getting Kris Jenner off Kardashians too! Ur "source" is a little off my friend."
Well, we all know that Dina would be a flipping national icon if she could really get Kris off television, right?
