Last week Johnny Karagiorgis was threatening to sue Bravo and other Real Housewives of New Jersey cast members related to a brawl that took place at the Moxie Salon/Posche 2 opening. Johnny believed producers and cast members conspired against him to lure into a confrontation and that the fight was pre-meditated for a storyline.
On October 2nd Johnny and his wife Penny Karagiorgis officially filed a lawsuit in Hackensack, N.J! Named as defendants are Joe Gorga, Jacqueline Laurita, Chris Laurita, Sirens Media LLC (the producers of RHONJ), NBC Universal (Bravo's parent company), Bravo Media, and Moxie Salon. Kim DePaola is not specifically named as a defendant despite everyone claiming she orchestrated at least part of the set-up!
Johnny believes the incident was arranged to increase ratings. Jacqueline, on the other hand, denies any such incidents occurred!

The court papers, obtained by In Touch Weekly, state: "John Karagiorgis was unlawfully attacked without warning by Giuseppe (Joe) Gorga, Jacqueline Laurita, and Christopher Laurita. Giuseppe Gorga unlawfully attacked John Karagiorgis by punching him in the face and/or head with a closed fist. Christopher Laurita unlawfully attacked John Karagiorgis by punching him in face and/or head with a closed fist. Jacqueline Laurita then unlawfully attacked John Karagiorgis by striking him on the head and/or face with a stiletto-type shoe."
Johnny claims he sustained "serious bodily injury" at the hands of Jacqueline, Poison, Chris and 50 unnamed defendants who were part of the altercation. Penny claims to be suffering from emotional distress. Or as the complaint terms it the couple suffered "bruising, scarring, disfigurement, fractured bones, facial lacerations, mental anguish, psychological health problems, physical discomfort, pain and suffering, economic losses, and shame and embarrassment."
Johnny and Penny are looking for punitive damages, plus attorney's fees. So far neither Jacqueline, Poison, or Melissa haven't commented on the matter. Did someone take away Jacq's twitter access?
