Thankfully, Kroy's father will be in town to help wrangle her brood, and Kim is beyond excited. She recently tweeted, "Grandpa Bruce @bruce_hammond is on his way from MT for 10 days! It's his turn to play nurse yahoooooo!!!!! KJ is so excited!" No word yet as to whether Grandpa Bruce is excited to see his daughter-in-law…
