Brandi Glanville Lands An Acting Role In The Lifetime Movie “Missing At 17”!

I always envisioned Brandi Glanville's life as a Lifetime Movie. I mean the love triangle, the spiral into drunken misbehavior, the dating and wardrobe mishaps, the bitchy scheming new wife, the former high-flying career as a model that ended with her being broken hearted, bankrupt, alone and a single mother wandering the aisle of Target adrift in last season's designer. It's perfect right?!

And it appears my fantasy came true. Sort of. It's not quite Brandi's life story gracing the network, but she did nab a role in the upcoming feature Missing At 17. "Just found out my small part in the Lifetime Movie Missing at 17 comes out Oct 19th, I'm not an actress so this should be interesting! :)" Brandi tweeted.

According to the network's synopsis it's the story of 17-year-old Candace who finds out she's adopted, runs away to find her biological mother and teams up (and falls in love) with a boy named Toby, who also happens to be a criminal! Of course Candace's adoptive mother, Shannon, becomes frantic she's missing and begins a search. Then the biological mom and the adoptive mom are forced to join forces to save Candace from Toby. Ok – I'm already hooked!

As for Brandi, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star plays Erica, a bitchy, self-absorbed celebrity client of Candace's makeup artist mother Shannon. Does Brandi's character have an addiction to twitter? What about over-disclosing? Or drunken misbehavior? Cause otherwise they'd be like the same person!

Below is a clip of Brandi's breakout role and another photo of her from the movie.

Good for Brandi for expanding her resume. Word has it she's also working on a screenplay for her book Drinking & Tweeting which may be optioned for a sitcom or a TV movie. Perhaps even on Lifetime…

Hey – irony… LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian actually met filming a Lifetime Movie, so I guess everything comes full circle, right?!

Missing At 17 premieres this Saturday October 19th at 9/8c! I've already set my DVR.
