Who cares about illegally obtaining a driver's license when you're facing 39 counts of fraud stemming from declaring bankruptcy? It seems as if Real Housewives of New Jersey's Joe Giudice is never going to stand trial for allegedly using his brother's identification to get a driver's license when Juicy's was suspended.
While his trial was supposed to be this coming week, has been delayed yet again. Now Joe will have to face the music in mid-2014 after he stands trial for the federal fraud charges with wife Teresa.

According to NJ.com, Judge Greta Gooden-Brown had to postpone Joe's hearing because she's already involved in another big trial. One of her staffers tells the site that regardless, Joe's federal case trumps the state case involving his fishy license.
As you recall, Joe lost his license after a 2010 DUI, and he faces up to ten years in prison if he's convicted of fraudulently obtaining a license with someone else's identification.
Of course, that is nothing compared to the fifty years he and Teresa are facing on the federal fraud charges that pre-date their time as Bravolebrities, as well as the counts they face from the bankruptcy they declared while filming season two of RHONJ. When will reality stars learn? Perhaps the better question is why is Joe still driving??
