Last night reality stars turned out for the premiere of The Hungover Games in Los Angeles. Kyle Richards (looking fit and fab, I must say), Camille Grammer, Farrah Abraham and Kendra Wilkinson were among those in attendance.
Kyle and Camille have a role in the movie, along with Brandi Glanville. We're guessing they are part of the "The Real Housewives of District 8" piece of the parody.

We're guessing "Teddy" is the penis-ed version of Ted seen below with Kyle and Camille….
