Farrah Abraham and the little engine of lies that simply could not stop is about to get her a$$ served. And not by James Deen, but by James Deen's boss Vivid Entertainment!
CEO of the smut purveying empire Steve Hirsch has had about enough of Farrah's mouth and issued a cease and desist letter to the Couples Therapy star. "Farrah thinks she can insult and defame the Vivid brand and get away with it," Steve told Fish Wrapper. "Either she stops now or we will take immediate legal action. She will be held accountable."
The problem is that Farrah is desperate to make people believe she's not a porn star despite all evidence to the contrary – and she's even going so far to insinuate that she was drugged and raped while promoting Backdoor Teen Mom as a representative for Vivid. But even worse she's suggesting that she was manipulated into signing a 3-film deal with Vivid. Not the case says Steve!

After her second film, which features the oh-so not porn starry sex swing antics, Farrah has been claiming Vivid erroneously released the film which was filmed at the same time her first "sex tape" was shot. In response to all the slanderous accusations she's making about the company that made her one of the most Googled individuals of 2013, Vivid is telling Farrah she better can it with the comments or she'll be find herself spending all that hard-earned porn money on lawsuits instead of rent-a-mansions!
First, Steve publicly denounced Farrah's allegations of being drugged and raped. “Farrah has seemingly made a cottage industry out of telling lies,” he announced in a press release last Friday. “We challenge Farrah to take our sanctioned polygraph test to prove whether or not she was telling the truth. If she passes the polygraph test, we will give her $1 million.”
Labeling Farrah as a "sociopath liar," Steve told Fish Wrapper, “I was around Farrah when she was doing all of her promotion for the first movie and I can tell you she was having a great time."
Farrah, of course, declined to participate in a lie detector test!
Now in a letter sent to Farrah and her attorney, Steve repeats that legal action is imminent if Farrah does not stop. "We have become aware that you have made unsubstantiated and baseless implications and allegations of wrongdoing against Vivid," Steve wrote. "These statements are defamatory towards Vivid and strenuously denied in all respects."
"It is disappointing that you have once again chosen to pursue conduct that frustrates your duty of good faith and fair dealing in our contract concerning your performance as an adult actress for Vivid," the letter continues. Stressing that Farrah is to CEASE AND DESIST from any further defamatory action towards the company.
"Vivid reserves the right to pursue any and all available remedies," the letter concludes.
Farrah's attorney's response: “At this point in time my client has no comment to the offer made by Vivid. That is all the information I can provide you at this time.”
Well, if Farrah is as smart as she claims to be she'll zip it. Of course, she's also claimed in the past that she's taking her own legal action against Vivid. For what, no one seems to know.
