Rumor-mill alert! Rumor that I don't believe for a minute, mind you, but it's still amusing as hell!
Aviva Drescher is clearly this season's pariah. Add that to her totally cuckoo bird personality and you've got a match made for the loony bin. Which is exactly how crazy she seems to be driving her Real Housewives of New York co-stars!
Aviva called in to The Gossip Table where she dished on tonight's drama between herself and Carole Radziwill, both of whom have competing books hitting the market at the same time. She also issued her predictions for how this season is gonna end – and just how exactly her leg flies off in the finale. Apparently Aviva took the leg off herself. Or maybe it just could no longer stand her and made a run for it!

"We're gonna have a big war tonight," Aviva warns of her issues with Carole. "Big, big, big epic Housewives fight – we call it 'book-gate.'" It pretty much sets the tone for Carole and Aviva's relationship going forward.
"There are so many ghosts in this week's episode I can't keep track of them," Aviva laughs about the issue. "They're flying all over the place! But… one of us admits to having lots of help and one of us doesn't." If you've been watching the previews you know that Aviva accuses Carole of using a ghostwriter to pen her novel, The Widow's Guide... – an accusation Carole emphatically denies. Aviva is candid about being the one who admits to lots of help.
As for what her leg is doing, Aviva dishes that it took matters into its own hands (toes?). "My prosthetic leg was so sick of all the drama and all the meanness that it just got up – it detached itself from my body – and it crawled across the room."
Finally, she starts the rumor mill a-swirlin' and Jill Zarin's heart fluttering with glee! "I heard they're gonna replace Heather [Thomson] and Carole," Aviva joked about a possibility of Jill and Bethenny Frankel returning to RHONY.
"Heather and Carole are trying to be like Ramona and Sonja – they're not – so I heard that Jill and Bethenny might come back and boot them off the show!"
Responding to the rumors, Heather joked that she'd rather have Kelly Bensimon back.

As for tonight's episode besides 'book-gate' Sonja Morgan goes out to dinner with the dubious Harry Dubin, who also happens to be Aviva's ex-husband. Aviva did give them her blessing! And Aviva hosts a housewarming party at her new condo that is anything but warm. Rumor has it Aviva was forced by her co-op board to move because they would not let Bravo cameras on the premises!
