Bethenny Frankel just keeps us guessing about her love life. After calling it quits with husband, Jason Hoppy, she was rumored to have a new man in her life in billionaire Warren Lichtenstein. She was seen vacationing with him in tropical locales and word on the street — I just wanted to talk like Aviva Drescher for a minute — was that she was even staying at his apartment.
The former Real Housewives of New York star denied that they were an item, and said they were just "good friends". Fast forward to New Year's Eve in Miami where Bethenny was seen canoodling and partying with muscle-bound Michael Cerussi III. Now a new lawsuit filed against Mr. Lichtenstein names Bethenny as his girlfriend. So what gives?

Bethenny Frankel has always been so upfront with the public about her personal life, even airing her wedding and the birth of her daughter. But with the destruction of her marriage to Jason, perhaps she has learned her lesson and wants to keep her personal life private. Well, at least as much as she can.
According to Page Six, Bethenny was named as Warren Lichtenstein's girlfriend in court documents filed by his ex and baby mama Annabelle Bond. The documents were filed in late March and state that Warren is “traveling the world on private jets, expanding his huge compound in Aspen . . . living in a beachfront mansion in [California], and dating [former “Real Housewives” star and talk-show host] Bethany (sic) Frankel.” But he claims to be too broke to support his daughter.
These new revelations just leave me with a lot of questions. Bethenny recently said she was "happy and dating" on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live. So who is she dating? Is she dating Michael Cerussi III and the court documents are wrong? Or perhaps just outdated? Or was being spotted out and about with Cerussi just a ruse to keep the public eye away from her billionaire boyfriend? Only time will tell, so far Bethenny had no comment on the revelation.
