Our favorite Beverly Hills restauranteur is being put through the ringer by a former employee with what Lisa Vanderpump deems a  "frivolous and a clear case of malicious prosecution."

The backstoryKarina Bustillos filed a $5 million sexual assault and battery lawsuit against the Real Housewives of Beverly Hill's Lisa Vanderpump and her restaurant Villa Blanca, claiming a manager tried to kiss her, called her names and violently grabbed her wrists. Now in what seems to be an effort to stay relevant and embarrass Lisa Vanderpump, Bustillos is willing to settle for the $40,000 as long as Lisa admits to a bizarre list of demands. TMZ obtained the list of demands and they are…odd.

— not to serve catfish and claim it's the more expensive tilapia

— not to serve canned fruits and veggies and call them fresh

— teach employees not to eat food off customers' plates

— order kitchen staff to wash their hands frequently

Seems like Bustillos realized that she didn't really have a case for court, so she is willing to get what she can take as long as she gets a little payback. Along with the above 'demands', TMZ is also reporting that there a more listed that are clearly just there to embarrass.

I wonder what Lisa Vanderpump will do? She seems to be a savvy business woman who does not take ultimatums very well — Kristen Doute, I am looking at you. Stay tuned for the latest news on this bizarre lawsuit.
