Apollo Nida has plead guilty in his identity theft/mail fraud case, reportedly.
Last month Apollo Nida's attorney filed a "waiver of indictment", which basically says he's waiving his right to a trial and it's usually filed when a plea deal has been hammered out. From what we know, the waiver is filed shortly before an official plea is entered before the judge. And that seems to be what is going on here. The waiver documents were filed on April 24th and today it's reported that Apollo plead guilty to some of those initial charges. It looks like it's safe to say he's worked out an agreement but we don't know any further details until they're filed and available online – hopefully tonight or tomorrow.
I'm sure we're all interested to see what exactly he whittled his charges down to and what it will mean for jail time. And we'll be waiting to see if anyone else goes down now as part of his deal.
Sorry for not having all of the tea on this one, but we'll keep you posted!
