"Yuck" is the word that comes to mind when I think of Aviva Drescher's octogenarian perverted father George. I'm sure I am not alone in this feeling. Which is why I'm also sure that I was also not alone in my shock upon discovering George's much-younger girlfriend Cody, who also accepted his proposal last week on Real Housewives of New York.
I could only assume this was a storyline, but in a new blog Aviva insists that her father's relationship with Cody is absolutely real and they are in fact planning a wedding. Does Cody perhaps need a lobotomy?
"I am so thrilled for my father and Cody because they are happy. Cody is lovely, smart, and mature. My kids love her and as I write this, my father and Cody are returning from Europe. They are both consenting adults and love is love," Aviva writes in defense of George's choices.

"People's dads are often a bit embarrassing to them," Aviva continues. "The only difference here is that my dad is REALLY embarrassing. I mean big-time, huge, Godzilla embarrassing. Now that he's found happiness with Cody, he should be a little less . . . assuming he stops trying to bed everything that moves. Life would have been so much more simple if the accident had cut off his c— instead of my leg." Ugh… Aviva – that's as bad as the things that come out of your father's mouth! Now I feel ill.
Anyway, moving on to a less revolting topic, tonight is a brand new episode of RHONY! The ladies take on the horse races where Sonja Morgan's partying gets out of hand!
We are also subjected to more George as we are given more details about his relationship with Cody. Aviva decides to throw a party where Ramona does not mix well with George either. Something about pinot not pairing well with others… the usual!
