After settling a lawsuit with a former waitress alleging sexual harassment, Lisa and Ken now face another suit from former pastry chef Martha Diaz.
Martha alleges that while working at the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills‘ stars restaurant she faced sexual harassment at the hands of her immediate supervisor Gustovo Molina and two kitchen staff who, among other things, “touched her vagina, called her a fat, ugly whore, showed her porn on his phone and left pornographic pics in her locker.”

According to Martha’s suit, she complained to “upper management and owners” to no avail, nor were the employees or Gustavo fired or reprimanded. Martha says the harassment started in March 2014 and created a hostile work environment.
The full list of charges, as provided by Tamara Tattles is: “Charges filed against the manager and the restaurant are (1) Sexual Harassment in the Workplace (2) Hostile Work Environment and Harassment in the Workplace (3) Battery (4) Assault (5) Negligence ( 6) Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress (7) Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress.”
“Diaz is asking for (1) General Damages ( 2) Medical Expenses (3) Special Damages (4) Statutory Penalties and Damages (5) Punitive and Exemplary Damages (6) Prejudgement Interest (7) Attorney Fees and Costs (8) Any Further Relief the Judge Deems Just and Proper.”
Get this – It was a different VB manager who sexually harassed Martha – not the one who caused the restaurant to get socked with a suit the first time. Hmmm… interesting stuff. Restaurants deal with this type of thing all the time – even legit and excellently run restaurants.
I wonder what the result of all of this will be? And more importantly, I wonder will any of this legal drama be featured on RHOBH which is filming now!
