Bethenny Frankel is doing double book duty! Her new book “Skinnygirl Cocktails” released today. She’ll be doing a load of promotion for that one and she’s still busy doing press work for “Cookie Meets Peanut,” including readings and book signings with Cookie in tow. Perhaps this is why she wasn’t along for the Real Housewives of New York’s trips to the Hamptons and Arizona – previous contractual agreements for the books?
