Finally we have some answers about what is up with Real Housewives Of Atlanta! Like where the hell are the first ladies of peaches. I had assumed Phaedra Parks trapped them in some Southern Belle Training Camp, but alas the beans have been spilled on where they are and why NeNe Leakes skipped the trip!
Rumors were swirling that amid some cryptic tweets about sinking ships, NeNe had quit RHOA mid-season and was not invited on the last-minute cast trip to celebrate Phaedra’s birthday. I assumed NeNe was skipping to prepare for her role in Broadway’s Cinderella, but it was revealed that health reasons caused NeNe to skip the trip. Specifically blood clots that warn against long flights.

Sources share that NeNe was due to catch a later flight to… THE PHILIPPINES but canceled last-minute because of reoccurring blood clots around her lungs. NeNe was hospitalized last year, around this same time, for this condition.
TMZ assures us that NeNe is still part of the cast – full-time – but will not be in the Phillipines episodes, instead staying stateside to work. She will be filmed at home, we presume. Rest assured – she’s still pissed at the “evil people” who are part of the Housewives cast.
I’m betting NeNe’s last minute cancellation is why they subbed in the ‘Friends’ of the Housewives Porsha Stewart and Demetria McKinney. We all know Porsha cannot stop herself from causing drama!
