A few days ago we explained to you why Kyle Richards’ daughter was having a hospital slumber party with mom and all of her sisters. At the time Kyle simply explained that her daughter, Alexia Umansky, had been attacked by a dog and the injuries required surgery.
But now we have learned that it was actually Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards’ — Kyle’s sister — beloved pit bull, Kingsley, that attacked Alexia.

When Kyle posted the pictures from the hospital, she simply explained, “Regarding Alexia: She was attacked by a dog and has to have surgery. As always , she is trying to make the best out of a bad situation. Thank you for your thoughts & well wishes.”
But now, TMZ is reporting that it was actually Aunt Kim Richards’ pup that injured Alexia. Apparently Kyle, Alexia and other family members were at Kim’s house when Kingsley attacked Alexia out of the blue.
Kingsley’s inability to behave has been well-documented on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills — even attacking a trainer on screen that was brought in to help with his bad behavior.
Kingsley bit Alexia multiple times, damaging her right thumb the worst. The damage required Alexia to spend the weekend at the hospital and undergo two separate surgeries.
As for Kingsley, the authorities were never called. Here’s hoping Kim can get her dog under control before someone is hurt worse.
