Our condolences go out to Vicki Gunvalson who just announced that her mother passed away last night.
Vicki’s charming (and blunt) mama was often seen on Real Housewives Of Orange County giving her daughter some major side-eye and dispensing advice in a fabulous and fun way. She lived in Illinois, where Vicki was from, and they were very close.
Vicki had recently returned from an insurance conference with her sister when she learned the news. Prior to that she had spent time in Puerto Vallarta with her brother. It’s unknown if Vicki’s mother was suffering from an illness or the passing was sudden.

Vicki shared the news on instagram. “Tonight I received a phone call that is every person’s worst nightmare. My amazing, beautiful and strong mother passed on and is now with the love of her life my father in heaven.”
“I am who I am today, because of her. An amazing cook, organized, bold personality and had a sense of style and fashion that I adored,” Vicki continued. “I miss you so much mommy! My life will never be the same without you to give me advice and your wisdom. You were so healthy and so vibrant and so beautiful. I still need you. I love you MOM.”
Such sad news! Our hearts go out to Vicki, Briana, Michael and the rest of her family.
