In today’s FML news, Kris Jenner has reportedly inked a $100 MILLION deal with E! to keep Keeping Up with the Kardashians on the network – as well as every time someone in the family “takes” a city against its will – for at least FOUR more years. I’m moving to Mars. Who’s with me?
According to Page Six, the record-breaking deal includes Kris, Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall, and Kylie, and it goes well beyond the core show. Keeping Up With the Kardashians has spawned countless spinoffs, such as Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons, and we can now expect to see many more. As well as more digital projects like Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, television projects produced by Kim, more of Khloe covering the red carpet events, a Kardashian YouTube channel, and the list goes on and on. I feel faint.

The source, who obviously enjoys rubbing salt in our wounds, pointed out the obvious, “You’ll be seeing a lot more of the Kardashian family. This is a huge deal, which will see their involvement with the network and its digital properties expand well into the future.”
Us Weekly reported that Kris played “major hardball” to get this deal. Good for her. I guess that’s better than just playing with balls. Oh. Wait… Nevermind.
“This has been in the works for almost a year,” claimed their source. “Kris is a fierce negotiator. They were not planning on leaving E!… but she was playing major hardball and threatening to leave. E! needs them.”
In case you were wondering, Kanye West was not included in the deal. He will continue to appear on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, however; if only to state that this epic $100 million deal should have gone to Beyonce.
Is there any hope left for our society? I doubt it, but a rep for E! has denied the report, calling it “grossly inaccurate.”
In related news, if you need another FML punch in the gut, the New York Post has detailed how much money each Kardashian/Jenner is worth.
